Delivery Information

All orders must be prepaid and are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery.

Our standard shipping and handling rates provide for shipping via US First Class Mail for orders between one and three DVDs and US Media Mail for larger orders. Media Mail delivery times vary from two to eight business days.

At checkout, you may choose to have your order of up to 50 DVDs delivered via US Priority Mail for an additional fee. Priority Mail is usually received within two to three business days throughout most of the US. 

If you receive a defective DVD, an exceedingly rare occurrence, you may exchange it for a new DVD or return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

For a refund or exchange to be granted, you must include a copy of your dated receipt and a note explaining your request.
