A section through the phallus, caudal part of the testis and kidney and the L-1 spinal ganglion.

Observe:
1. The corpus cavernosum in the phallus lateral to which is the scrotal swelling at the level of the pubic symphysis.
2. The mesonephric duct and regressing female duct in the broad fold.
3. The gubernacular fold coursing from the caudal pole of the testis.
4. The caudal part of the mesonephros that gives rise to the paradidymis.
5. The ganglion cells ventral to the aortic bifurcation.
