Primitive streak

The front part of the primitive streak is seen as a definite clump of cells (Prim. Str.) fused with the plate. The section also shows the thickened patch of cells (Amn. D.) in the top wall of the amnion, which is probably a part of a potential amniotic duct. Section 151.
