Stage 3 embryo in vitro in advanced cavitation. Blastocyst fluid is increased. Early morphological differences are apparent between the rounded cells of the inner cell mass (embryoblast) and the elliptical cells of the trophoblast. The blastocystic cavity (blastocoele) occupies less than 50% of the blastocyst volume.
