The Biology of Prenatal Development (BPD) DVD is a 42-minute science documentary featuring rare imagery of the living human embryo and fetus from fertilization to birth. Intended for general audiences, this award-winning DVD combines facts gleaned from medical literature with images produced from six different medical imaging technologies. It is recommended for use in middle and high school health and biology courses, introductory college- and graduate-level human embryology courses, clinics, hospitals, doctors' offices, and prenatal care classes.
